Bruce looks stiff because he doesn't bend his knees enough, and he looks at his feet. It makes him look awkward plus it makes him more likely to stumble.

Avid skating fan here...

I felt that John & Jillian skated very well (minus John's splat on the Death Drop), however I think their technical tricks took over too much of the program, and it affected their transitions and choreography.

I thought that Tai & Bruce were amazing and should have gotten some higher scores.

And oh my... crossdressers!

Nancy & Dave... my friend's roommate, who mostly watches skating to make hilarious comments on the costumes, will love these! Maaaan....

I'm way to distracted by the costumes and the concept to really get into the program... hands down on the throw single axel, but I think that can be looked over because Nancy was not a pairs skater (at least in her prime) and Dave is brand new to this, plus they're one of the few teams doing throws. I would probably have them in 3rd of the 3 teams so far, however it should be close.

Those freaky costumes were distracting to me. Isn't this the second time Nancy has dressed as a man?

I'm getting tired of seeing Nancy dressed like a man, but I see Dave as being too goofy to do a serious program. This is the kind of program that I get up and go let the dogs out when it's on because it bores me.
