I voted for Alicia. Shannon is beautiful too, but her face looks like she's gotten too much sun. She looks much older than her age. The judges mentioned that to her once.

Shannon - I picked her from the time she walked off the bus. She hit it out of the park on the Bora Bora shoot. She is just a swimsuits best friend with that body.
Alicia is a beautiful girl no doubt. She will do well in whatever she does.

Shannon does have a good body, but her sun-warped skin makes her look much older than she is.. she looks like a model toward the end of her career, not the beginning.. I think her shelf life is very short.. whereas I think Alicia has a bright future.
