| Daniel - Shear Genius 2 Daniel Age: 28 Hometown: Dallas, TX Daniel grew up on a farm in a small town just outside of Tallahassee and began to do his parents hair at the age of nine. He originally decided to pursue interior design, but realized that styling was truly his passion. Daniel went on to graduate from cosmetology school and moved to London to train with a company that styled hair on a cruise ship, and went on to split his time between London and a ship in the Bahamas. Eventually he returned to Florida where he opened two salons and began doing freelance work around the country. After tiring from the hectic freelance schedule, Daniel settled in Dallas and opened a third salon, Green Peridot, where he currently works. Shear Genius: About - Season 2 – Official Bravo TV Site

| Re: Daniel - Shear Genius 2 Daniel's salon is actually in Frisco, a suburb north of Dallas. It's called Green Peridot and they've got a huge poster in their window of Daniel and telling everyone to watch him. He's so funny on the show I'd almost be willing to drop $100+ to have him style my hair. I'm sure he's got a long waiting list, though. |

| Re: Daniel - Shear Genius 2 This is my first season watching this show. Daniel is my favorite. Reminds me of Kayne Gillaspie from Project Runway. Imagine the two of them working as a team to get you ready for your event! Love it!!

| Re: Daniel - Shear Genius 2 My thoughts exactly! He and Kayne have so many of the same mannerisms and it would be a hoot to watch them work together. |

| Re: Daniel - Shear Genius 2 Daniel's a great stylist. I think either him or Dee will win the whole thing. Maybe Nicole. I think that Charlie and Paulo will be gone before the final 3. Just my opinion. Charlie's too grumpy and not the right personality for a Shear Genius IMO, while Paulo's cuts are cute but too edgy for the judges i think. |
