| Those who have advanced to the finals cannot compete in the captain's quiz. In this challenge they have to match the excerpt to the amendment number. Davis knows he has won and he did. Amari is the other team captain even though she didn't get them all right. |

| Davis - blah. This is his 3rd chance at the finals. Hopefully he will lose as team leader and be out of the running. Being self-confident is one thing, but being he's sickeningly arrogant. I don't care who wins as long as it isn't Davis. |

| The challenge this week is a debate on gay marriage. Those four who have already made it to the finals can't compete. The teams are David, Gerald, and Max & Amari, Alyssa, and Jeremy. Davis says the topic is right up his ally. What is he hiding? |

| Amari and Alyssa deserve to make it to the captain's quiz. Jeremy doesn't deserve it, he whines too much. Davis just screwed himself by saying he didn't want to study for last week's final showdown quiz. I don't see why he should have to but the judges made it seem like it was important. |
