| I'm glad Amari won the showdown yesterday (of the 3 playing). She's a good egg.

| Amari has been a favorite of mine since I started watching the show. She reminds me of someone I know. I was so glad that she was top 2 in the captain's quiz and became a captain, and I was ecstatic when they picked her to be in the final showdown that she won. She seems to be the only one that is listening to the committee when they tell her what they want to see.

| Yesssssssssssssssssssss!!!!! I just got done watching last week's Scholar!!! I was getting worried that Amari would not make the top 5 (which would be a crying shame.) But she finally did it at the last minute!!! I was rooting for her all along from day 1 and I was waiting for the moment in which she would step up!!! She finally did in Episode 3 and from there it was all uphill. Just imagine a finals without Amari!!! It would be a living mightmare indeed!!! I am rooting for her as well as Melissa!!! IMHO, they are the two strongest players in the game with Liz as a close second.

| I've just heard (on the Davis thread) that Davis got a full-ride to USC! Did Amari get any extra scholarships other than the $50,000 she won? I'm curious to know!!!
