She reminds me a lot of Liz Phair. I like Liz Phair a lot, but can't imagine her in a band with the likes of Tommy Lee.

Her exit was classy, and I noticed the other contestants seemed to really like her. I hope she makes it big. And Jenny, if your back in Vancouver and reading this, p.m. me!
Personally I liked her sound, and it would have been interesting to have her stay in and see whether she could deliver more of what people on the show were looking for. I thought she did a good job on "Tainted Love" and could have done well on some other songs.

She looked and sounded like a folk singer to me. That perception didn't change in any of her performances I saw.
Couldn't put my finger on it, but you nailed it with the Liz Phair comparison! I think she has a future with that audience for sure. If she fronted these guys, her voice would be drowned out from start to finish. And that would be a shame, because I do like her style.
Go Tigers!
I think it was a case of bad strategy - not quite not listening, but not comprehending. Also, the guitar. Her insistence on playing the acoustic guitar on her pre-Bottom-3 performance of Drive really shortened her stay on the show. The challenge was to transform that song into something interesting - something with an edge. Instead, the acoustic guitar took the edge off still further. Also, it projected the wrong image as far as Supernova was concerned - you could see that on their faces.
If she had set the acoustic guitar aside, developed an arrangement of Drive with an edge, and focused 100% on the vocals, she would have had more of a chance, possibly staying in for another 3 or 4 weeks.
And I forgot she was even on the show.
