I finally figured out who Jordis reminds me of (sound, not looks)--Fiona Apple, but a little less...something.

Interesting, when JD "makes a song his own" that is good. When Jordis or Susie do it's because they couldn't hit certain notes.

I'm not crazy about Jordis' original song.....and for some reason her extreme hip huggers are distracting to me!!! Go figure.......?!

Ouch Dave asks her is she losing her fire???!!! Not good........
You have to kinda feel for Jordis because she is younger and she doesn't have that experience behind her to provide the confidence when she gets down....

I didn't mean that at all. I'm not crazed with JD at all and don't think it's necessarily good when he makes a song his own. My comment was more aimed at Jordis trying to hit notes on "Dream On" and opting not to make that mistake this time. I actually didn't hate Jordis' job tonight.
