Marty made the right decision to do that unplugged. It sounded better that way than in the clip they showed.

He may be a bit narrow in his range, but what Marty does he does gosh damn well.

Will it help him or hurt him with America to play such a contemporary song? Some people won't know it, others will appreciate it more.

    Marty Mr. Brightside

(I'm so stuck in a timewarp music-wise that I don't know this song at all) Marty makes a last minute decision to go acoustic this evening. He really grows on me more and more each week. Good job, even more so cause I have no clue what the song should sound like.

Dave: way to go with the solo acoustic...great great choice. You don't always hit every note, but that's what being a rock star is, you don't have to hit every note you just have to have this magnetism that you already have. You're already a rockstar.

INXS: Fantastic, really awesome. You're on the right track, keep it up.

that was the best brandon has sounded. not really inxs but that was still a hell of a show.

jordis, not so much, but there is no way she is landing in the bottom three.

    jessica, cya.

jd, not bad, a little pitchy, but i want him to win anyway. i believe that inxs was probably his favorite band when he was 17, and lord knows that's the one that sticks with you. that's the one you make your wife in the car listen to even though you she hates it

suzie, kick ass, i won't be suprised if she lands in the bottom three, i can't see her pulling that many votes.

marty....oh my god that was awesome.

    mig.....the best vanilla rocker ever

Does JD appear a little nervous when they were bragging on Marty????

Deanna's stage presence reminds me of Janis Joplin....I really like her and her voice...she can dance around that stage and never sound out of breath!!!

*Whew* I thought I was the only one. I like Marty, but I found that very monotone and annoying.
