    Re: Your Weather NOW!

We have an ice storm coming tonight.
A WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 AM EST FRIDAY.

A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL LIFT NORTHEAST ACROSS THE OHIO VALLEY
TONIGHT INTO FRIDAY. AS IT DOES...PRECIPITATION WILL DEVELOP AND
SPREAD NORTHEAST ACROSS THE AREA DURING THE LATE EVENING HOURS.
WITH TEMPERATURES BELOW FREEZING...THE PRECIPITATION WILL BEGIN
AS FREEZING RAIN. THE FREEZING RAIN MAY BE MIXED WITH SLEET AND
SNOW EARLY. THE FREEZING RAIN WILL CONTINUE THROUGH MOST OF THE
NIGHT WITH SIGNIFICANT ICE ACCUMULATION OF ONE QUARTER TO ONE
HALF INCH POSSIBLE BEFORE CHANGING TO RAIN TOWARD SUNRISE.

We've got snow and ice mixed in the forecast for NW Ohio. We'll see what we end up with. The forecasts haven't been too good lately.

Right now it is 24 and windy, but no snow yet.

...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM EST FRIDAY...

A WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM EST FRIDAY FOR
    MUCH OF NORTHWEST OHIO.

SNOW WILL DEVELOP DURING THE EARLY MORNING HOURS AND BECOME HEAVY
AT TIMES. SNOW WILL MIX WITH OR CHANGE BRIEFLY TO SLEET AND
FREEZING RAIN FRIDAY MORNING. THE SNOW WILL TAPER OFF DURING THE
LATE AFTERNOON HOURS. SNOW ACCUMULATION OF 6 TO 8 INCHES IS
POSSIBLE BY FRIDAY EVENING WITH THE HEAVIEST AMOUNTS OF SNOW WEST
OF INTERSTATE 75. A GLAZE OF ICE IS ALSO LIKELY FROM THE FREEZING
    RAIN.

EAST WINDS OF 15 TO 25 MPH WILL DECREASE SOMEWHAT TO 10 TO 15 MPH
FRIDAY MORNING THEN BECOME WEST AT 10 TO 20 MPH FRIDAY AFTERNOON.

IF YOU HAVE TO TRAVEL DURING THE DAY FRIDAY...UNTREATED ROADS WILL
LIKELY BE SNOW COVERED OR ICY. IF ENOUGH FREEZING RAIN OCCURS...
BRANCHES AND POWER LINES COULD COME DOWN.
