    We're getting a BLIZZARD! The main 6-lane highway south is closed both ways. It's a white out. You can't see. The RCMP are rescuing people in the ditch, buses are turned around. And stranded motorists are being shuttled to the nearest town to their rec. centre probably for the night.

    WOO HOO! I wanted snow and I'm getting snow! I feel bad for the motorists, mind you they were warned not to drive.

    Recuperating today from last nights blizzard. Shovelled snow this morning. Then this afternoon, my Dad got the little snowblower started and we did the double-driveway. It's GORGEOUS out. -5C, blue skies, and pretty everywhere. Thank you for the snow.

    Unfortunately, there were many injury accidents, and one death. Weather isn't always very nice to travellers.
