It's lovely here, nice and sunny.

Hurray, it is raining.Unfortunately, it doesn't look like it will last long.
Cold and foggy. Ah, the joys of living on the Northern California coast.![]()
Yesterday morning my thermometer showed 95°. This morning it shows 100°. IN THE SHADE!!! I don't even want to know what that is when you factor in the humidex. Is there some sort of government agency I can blame for this?grumble, grumble, grumble.........

Sounds like our weather here too, QBoots. It's just miserable. Staying inside where it's cool is the best place to be on a day like today.![]()

It's icky and dark here, with a good chance of storms to drive the humidity levels UP, just what we need![]()
I thought I would bump this thread up because, well, it is hot as hell here! Our heat index is at 110. And I work in a foundry, so on the floor it is already up to 125. It should be illegal to work under these conditions!!! So HOT!!!
Here comes Avery! April 10, 2006
93 here in the Boston suburbs again today. Not quite as humid but I still hate it. I really do hate the summer.
Isn't there a legal limit to the temperature you have to work in? I thought there were laws regarding this. Its been a record breaking hot summer here, and I wondered how people who work in pizza joints or bakeries have managed. They can't expect people to work til they drop dead like they did a hundred years ago.Originally Posted by cahalanmac
