Teriyaki chicken! Macadamia nuts! Pineapple! The salad sounds unbelievable! It has all my favourite foods in it. I wouldn't mind hopping on a plane to N.Y. just to taste it.

I'll make sure to eat there the next time I'm in New York. Apart from the Hawaiian Chicken Salad, I wouldn't mind a NY State Apple & Chicken Salad right now, followed by some Penne Vodka with crushed red pepper in a tomato, vodka, and cream sauce.

Funny, but I just posted a really good, really easy homemade mac and cheese recipe in the recipe thread about 10 min. ago.

There is an Amish restaurant about 30 miles from here that has excellant ones, but I'm not driving up there tonight!
