I'm finally, finally eating dinner at 10:45 p.m. and it's one of my favorite things in the world -- a Wendy's "Spring Mix" salad with low-fat Ranch dressing and a plain baked potato chopped up in it.

We had Chinese takeout tonight, so I'm stuffed on Broccoli and Beef and Spicy Eggplant. Still, I couldn't resist having a cup of hot cocoa--the kind with those little dehydrated mini-marshmallows in it!

I ate some leftover Ginger Beef (Chinese leftovers are incredible, although they taste completely different from the original meal) and I'm about to go eat a jar of Nutella.

I love Nutella! Now that I've read that, I'll have to go out and buy a jar.
