A glass of water. In a while, I'll have my breakfast: Ryvita (you have that over in the U.S., right? I think I read about a character in a book who had Ryvita once. Anyhow, it's dark, crunchy bread) with feta and olive-flavoured cottage cheese, some fruit salad and gallons of coffee. I doubt I'll be able to taste any of it, though: I'm coming down with a cold. Ack, summer colds are the worst! Do pity me.

I just made a pot of coffee. I'm running out with the dogs and then dash to the train, and I'm going to limit myself to just a couple of cups. Really.
Right now, I just finished a bowl of Captain Crunchs Crunch Berry Cereal. A guilty pleasure.
