Oh, not a good idea. I can deal with watching Rocco on this show, where his unctuousness is at least mitigated by the presence of other personalities, but I don't think he has enough personality to carry this type of show on his own.
I saw him on Oprah, cooking in his own kitchen. He seemed fairly interesting. Maybe he will have guests on the show that will help him carry it.
