Anyone know how Rocco's handled the blackout? Any employees (or former) care to comment firsthand on what it was like? :chef

    We Were out

Thursday we closed because nothing was working. We came in Friday and threw out thousands of dollars worth of food and cleaned. We were open saturday night with a limited menu and did about 300 covers.

There are accusations being made on other websites that salaried workers at Rocco's were docked pay because of the blackout. Any truth to that?
