    So what WAS that gunk dripping through the ceiling into the kitchen? They never said, did they?

    The one cook kept mentioning that it smelled like alcohol. It may have been somthing from the bar that was leaking.

    Some older style air conditioners used alcohol as a coolant. *Curiosus myself*
