Wow, they're on the street checking out this space, and his finance partner gets served a lawsuit right there. Amazing.

That was interesting (the lawsuit). Rocco's a little bland I think, but I'm liking the premise.

Rocco's being a big baby about his space issues. Don't take it out on the people who are trying to help you find another place, you jerk.

Its alot of pressure to kick this venture off. You can definitely see the anxiousness in Rocco's face.

I think Rocco's a little bit of a control freak. That's going to make this interesting.

6 weeks to go, and they have to totally gut this place and re-do it, and get it OPEN.

The Prada store on top of that first location they were looking at (where Guggenheim SoHo used to be) cost $40 million to build!

Rocco's product sponsor Mitsubishi SUV is practically the star of this show. I'm guessing it won't be the focus of later episodes so much, but who knows.
