Uzay, just finished reading your recap, and loved it. I am thrilled to be getting the "real" reality from a reliable source. My visit to ROCCO'S (post camera) was a great experiance. The staff was warm, welcoming and efficent. The food was incredible. I will return there again, and again!!!!
Keep up the great work. It should be easier now that the dead wood has been cleared!!!!!

Uzay came across to me as being very professional last night.

Uzay, Thanx for the recap of last night's show! It's great to get insight from people who actually got to experience the WHOLE night. The editing is a little frustrating because there are certainly some parts (such as people who actually LIKED the food) that the audience doesn't get to see. Keep up the good work!

Uzay, loved the website. Very impressive voiceovers, and the show is wonderful!

My hats off to anyone that can work under that kind of pressure.

Finally, I know someone famous on TV. I remember the days like they were yesterday, when young Uzay used to come to Umass and visit Greg and Ryan down the hall from me and break all the girls hearts. Now he's all grown up and a tv stud. Keep up the good work, I'm glad "slow eddie" told me you were gonna be on the show.

    Auditions/Application Process

How did the staff/cast apply/audition for this gig? Was there a casting call for a reality show or was there a job posting for restaurant staff?

There was a casting call for a reality show.
