Who pays the electric bills on Sugar's A/Ced dog shack?

Overall, the Biggins are gonna be paying MUCH bigger Utility bills.

Apparently Mela has never seen Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, since she's never heard of a house being built in 7 days.

I studied Sociology and Im just worried for how the Biggins new house will impact the lives of the neighbors living closest. What would it do to you ?
Not to mention if the Biggins will be drastically changed for good or ill eventually.

Agree with most, but the final issue is this nice family got a great new amazing house. They dont care how they got it. I hope most viewers out there don't take 'Reality TV' as absolute reality any more...

Again, EM:HE did it much better. They chose a person in the poor neighborhood who NOBODY would deny the improvements. They got the local politicians, press and police involved so everyone knew who was getting the job and why. The prettied up the whole neighborhood. The involved the neighbors in the rebuild itself.

    Fox, of course, took shortcuts.

I think the local Fox news is going to have a segment on the Biggins... If anything of interest comes on I'll post...
