Teams are formed of men v. women and each has to chose a leader and then Branson tells them the male leader will lead the women and vice versa... Sound familiar..

On the mostly all girl team Erika is being picked out as the B!tch and accused of barking orders and 'spitting venom'.. But, unless I blinked at the wrong time, none of this behavior was shown.. So, I'm not sure if I believe it. I can't imagine Fox editing out some good drama like that.. Just a thought.

the female plus one male team is pitching their plane product to Branson. Richard noticed they didn't have a mirror for their kit.

Richard likes both products, but he likes the guys' team better.

From what little they showed us on this challenge, I'd say the male leader on the loser girl team needs to go for going to see the budda.. Candita, can indeeta ramp up the drama..

Candita is telling Erika she doesn't speak well to others.. Maybe the girl team DID need to get mirrors because Candita desperately needs to look into one.. Pot, meet kettle and thy name is Candita...

Wait this doesnt make sense. Doesnt erika have to pass the baton to candita? if this doesnt happen wont they both fail anyway. Maybe they pass it to Branson.. I guess I could just wait and see..
