Oh, no sympathy, please. I believe in marriage. It's great when it works and does what it is supposed to do. I also believe that it DOES works for a large number of people. Just not for me. I always wanted kids but never a husband. I married because of pressure and now I am ready to follow my own heart.
In the end, this will be a good move for all involved and in that regard, I think it will be liberating and a time for celebration.
Oh, and I'm just teasing a bit about being bad. Honestly, that really isn't on the radar. My goal is to spend my remaining years living a meaningful and rewarding life. I'm sure would welcome a partner, and a little deviousness never hurt anyone, but that's not the ultimate goel.
