Yeah, I think that Miami is one of the plastic surgery capitals of the country. I first noticed that when Bravo had this great little mini-series on in 2004 called "Miami Slice" which followed 5 or 6 Miami plastic surgeons and their families. By the way, one of those same plastic surgeons from Miami Slice, Dr. Leonard Hochstein is now on the Real Housewives of Miami, with his new wife Lisa Hochstein. I don't know anything about Lisa, but from the photos I've seen of her, it looks like she's had a TON of plastic surgery.

I was certain I saw promos that showed it starting sooner. Maybe I just couldn't wait to see Elsa again!!

At any rate, they're showing promos like mad. I've noticed that with all the surgery, I can't really tell them apart!!
They all seem to have the same face.............

Same here...I had that problem from the first season!
Is Elsa the strange mother, who is difficult to understand when she speak??...and not because English is not her native language??
She is one strange hard to belive person...similar to a lot of these odd people who become "celebs" in the Reality world only because they are so strange! aka Honey Boo Boo.

Elsa's the prime reason why they brought back Miami this season.
Andy clearly loves her and she was the breakout "star" of this group.
I don't understand most of what she says, either, but I find her compelling to watch. Probably, in the same vein as Boo Boo girl and the others.

I believe Elsa will just say more of the same (negative, negative, and more negative). That will get old. She looks like she has painful teeth or something. Maybe that was not big enough. So I will say it again--OR SOMETHING!

The Elsa woman... well, she's a cautionary tale if I ever saw one. She is just so hideous, it's hard to look at her. And hard to understand what she's saying. Andy loves her for ratings? How can that be, she's such a creepy thing? Old is fine, but this hag's face is barely recognizable as human. I know that seems harsh, and not PC to say so, but did you ever hit pause on a full-screen shot of her face? She's repulsive.
