Alexis Bellino - The New Real Housewife of Orange County

Looks like Jim needs to take a spelling class or hit spell check. Glad they didn't lose their home. Others say the same thing how banks don't return calls for the purpose to collect late fees and penalties. Some banks are flat out stealing people’s homes.

    A Note from Alexis...

    Media Misquotes Modification Facts 9/06/10

I find it necessary to clear up any misunderstandings regarding our loan modification as the media has (once again inaccurately) blown this out of proportion. Last year at this time I tried talking to our bank about a loan modification and they told me that if you are current, "we won't talk to you". In January of 2010 I made the decision to stop making payments so my bank would talk to me. In April they did, and I submitted a loan modification package. The bank didn't make me an offer to modify my loan until August. The fact is if the bank would talk to people before being late on your mortgage, we wouldn't have to go through this mess.

One press outlet misquoted and said that I said "Im not going to throw good money after bad, it's just not good business". What I said is that if you can't afford your payment then you should short sale or do a deed in leiu of forclosure because it's simply not good business to throw good money after bad. A lot of Americans are waiting for their banks to call them back and before long they find themselves in forclosure. The fact is that our government gave us a "PLAN TO MODIFY", so why are the banks not talking to us unless we stop making payments? I have successfully negotiated my modification and you can to!!! But make no mistake, I am having to pay over $25,000 in penalties and late fees just because my bank wouldn't talk to me when I was current.

Being proactive about your finances doesn't mean your broke or bankrupt, it's simply good business. Am I the only one having these problems with the bank?

    Your thoughts?

Yes, she does look good....lot of people would even say beautiful. It's more about the fact that she looks weird and unnatural. Many people (men & women) get a certain look when they have a lot of plastic surgery, fillers or botox. It's hard to describe the look but you know it when you see it.

I thought that she was very attractive when OC first started. Now, your right, she has that strange look! It's time for her to cut back and let her face relax just a bit.

Time for her face to age gracefully with her body, especially her hands and neck - It's a dead give-away. If she moved to Alaska or another colder climate she could wear turtle necks and mittens. Now there is an idea.

I never saw the first season of this show, so I didn't see Lauri until she showed up - usually at the finales of the other seasons. Sorry, but I thought she looked pretty scary and way too plastic.

Ashley is giving advice on Twitter how to avoid wrinkles around lips and other facial formulas. I say, if all fails, Ash, ask your mom for her cement filler specialist's number she has on speed dial.

    Ashley said-----

"Stick out your tongue as far as you can, keeping you eyes wide. You will feel all the muscles working. Repeat 10 times.

You can help prevent wrinkles around your mouth with daily facial exercises. Pull exaggerated O and E shapes with your mouth for 30 seconds.

Purse lips to right, centre and left of your face. Hold each movementt for 5 second. Repeat three times.

I would think pursing your lips would create wrinkles.....

I really have no sympathy for the Bellinos.
It's obvious that her husband was a speculator in the RE market.
Yes, he may have bought the current house at an inflated price, but their lifestyle suggests the family is not at all hurting. Millions in the country are; they're far from it.
And, I do think it's a bit ridiculous, even for St. Boob of the Rack, to expect banks and taxpayers to oblige her and that horrible sleaseb*g of a husband of hers.
