Why am I not surprised, either? One day that girl will reproduce, and the kid will have to admit, "That's my mom."

I'm not surprised either, SugarMama. Just makes me sad. I don't think we can blame Bravo or RHOC either. This is bound to have happened anyway.
When I look at that picture, all I see is a every insecure young girl, screaming " look at me, pay attention to me!!"
I always got the feeling that Lynne and her husband viewed their children as temporary inconvience. That they were very happy when it was just the two of them, living a crazy life (before kids). Some people weren't meant to be parents but it's usually too late before that's discovered.

It's just plain sad. I guess Gretchen was right about these girls.

It's a real shame about that girl.
Was it Lynne's younger or older daughter?
Couldn't quite tell from the pictures.
    So sad.

The city of Laguna Niguel CA (it's next to the city I live in) is having an Italian festival/street fair this weekend and one of the "guests" will be none other than Lyn Curtin. I plan on staying away from any event that asks her to be there. She's probably going to be pimping her hideous cuff bracelets and looking for Italian sausage!

Most of the teens and young adults come with their parents territory for their narcissistc quest for stardum; I understand it's a requirement for the casts families to be involved with Bravo too. I totally agree that for some of these kids they are left to their own devices with alcohol and other "feel" good remedies readily at hand; the forever partying doesn't help matters either.

Yes, for some of these young people they are lost, some - totally! But God forbid the parents step back for the sake of their kids, well, except for the Peterson's. Unlike what was reported by Lauri Waring that she needed to leave the show because she had to tend to Joshua after his 3rd or 4th arrest, in actuality it was the bad press George was caught up in that made George tuck tail and run - Lauri, as much as she wanted, and still wants to be a part of, was forced to follow the Wallet - IMO!

    THanks, Mom,
I thought it might be, but both girls seemed like they had problems.
