Camille tries to make Kyle/Faye look bad by saying that they are weird for having naked pics of her on their phone. It's called GOOGLE hello. Bottom line: stop acting so holier than thou when you did porn jeeeeeez
Until someone told her she had been "bullied by a hater" and then she'd have to do another PSA (Public Service Announcement) to help the common folk.
Did anyone see Camile on Entertainment Tonight (I think was the name). She was a guest and they announced she is their Fashion Correspondent for the Oscars. They asked her some questions about Billy Ray Cyrus and a few other stories. She seemed out of her element and really added nothing to the show. I think she was real nervous and scared to say the wrong thing.
Finally got to see the extended Dinner Party from H*ll lost footage.
Like others have already said, there wasn't really too much added to it.
I did think, though, that the added footage / comments with Faye Resnick were interesting. I'm certainly not absolving Allison or Camille here, but Faye can sure twist that knife, can't she? I just really haven't liked since the whole Nicole Brown Simpson tragedy; this further showed me why. The woman is just a fame wh*re, IMO. Showing those pics of Camille in the limo was just too junior high school.
On another note, once again we saw Kim only drinking coke. Yes, she may / may not be a substance abuser, but I do think this show threw her to the wolves, in their effort to make Kyle appear likable.
To Thine Own Self Be True
I got this sense during the rewatching of the Dinner Party from Hell. Then I recalled the infamous Limo Scene. Instead of leaving Kim, she actually invaded her space. Kyle loves to point her finger, never noticed that in the beginning, again distracted.
While she's not reached the level of contempt I feel for Jill, Kyle's headed that way. This is only Season One after all. She's got ground to make up in my book, and it might take another season or two to see the real Kyle.

Well said, Mama.
I wasn't a big fan of Kyle's from Day 1; that was mostly due to the way she treated her sister. I just thought it was overly harsh from Day 1.
As far as Jill, I understand your feelings, and others, about her.
Yes, Jill can be totally self absorbed and immature. But, as far as the Bethenny thing, I don't know that I'm willing to hang her out to dry. Jill was like a sister to Bethenny in the prior season. She considered her part of the family and treated her very well. I think Jill should have handled the situation with Bethenny a lot better than she did. I do think she was totally hurt by Betheny shutting her out the way she did, especially after they'd been so close.
However, I have never understood the affection so many have for Bethenny. I find her a manipulative opportunist. And, way too mean spirited
To Thine Own Self Be True
Not sure what you mean - Jill shut Bethanny out. Bethanny tried numerous times to make up with her and Jill played the martyr and wanted no part of it. Jill knows she did her wrong and tried to get back into her good graces at the end of last season - but it was too late.
