I'm rather late, but what does "zero mendoza line" mean?

Thanks for the information! I'm glad it isn't her sisters as I find all of the girls pretty repulsive and had always heard they were all fame-hungry especially Melissa. I can't stand her or her weird nasty husband. He's a little troll. She's a phony. Not any great talent for singing that I can see. I hate that it sounds as though the Gorgas will be front and center this time. I guess Joe and Teresa will be too, in a way. Not sure I feel ok about those two criminals being featured but Bravo doesn't surprise me. I can already see the greed in the eyes of Anything-For-Money Cohen.

As for Rosie and Kathy, ...... hmmmmm. Boring. Any Manzo spinoff show I would avoid. Again, boring.

Just my humbly-opined two cents worth.

"Zero Mendoza Line" means there is no level so low that Bravo won't go. It's usually used as a baseball term.

The Mendoza Line is an expression in baseball in the United States, deriving from the name of shortstop player Mario Mendoza, whose batting average is taken to define the threshold of incompetent hitting. The cutoff point is most often said to be .200,[1] and, when a position player's batting average falls below that level, the player is said to be "below the Mendoza Line". This is often thought of as the offensive threshold below which a player's presence in Major League Baseball cannot be justified, regardless of his defensive abilities. Pitchers are not judged by this standard, since their specialized work and infrequent batting does not require as much hitting competence. The expression has been also extended to other realms to indicate a low-end cut-off point.

    Quite apropos in this instance.

Not being a baseball fan, that is totally new to me. I learn more "stuff" on this site! Thanks!

One group of charges were dismissed, the forged documents charge, were dismissed however the federal charges still are proceeding.

Well, it's just a lawsuit filed against Joe for one of his slimy cons perpetrated on a former partner. All of the federal charges they pled guilty to are still standing and they'll be formally sentenced in July. After the sentencing Bravo will announce the premiere date for the next season. I will be really pissed to see these grifters still living in their McMansion. But I am curious about the new crazies coming on board.

If this season is dedicated to whitewashing the Giudice's criminal activity I doubt I'll stick around for more than a couple of episodes.

The funniest thing about this particular signature is that by the time you realise it doesn't say anything it's too late to stop reading it.

Can't recall where (maybe here!), but I read that Teresa was so wrapped up in her trial that she didn't bring the drama this season. The new wives will kick in in a bigger way as a result.

I really do want to watch Teresa's storyline wrap up, but I won't watch when she is off the show.
