While I know nothing about the law, I am 'guessing' Tre will probably get probation ONLY because of her four daughters. BUT then again the Courts could say Tre HAS to serve some time IN jail.

BUT Juicy getting FIVE YEARS in FED prison. Tre will probably NEVER take the girls to see him ... I mean she does not even allow any prison talk in her house. Watching the show since S1, Tre will be in DENIAL about all of this.

She will admit to the crime, plea it out to whatever, 2 years or probation BUT then DENY ALL OF IT.

They are the WORST role models as parents.

Oh and there are some articles that Juicy could be DEPORTED after serving time HERE! Oh boy.

Sorry but there are millions of single women doing real time in prison for far less than what Theresa & Joe did so I am not buying her receiving probation. Sorry but the Gudices were just trying to play keeping up with the Gorgas & Manzos of this world. Rule #1 never mess with the feds.
Even if she were to receive probation how will she ever afford to keep her McMansion? I can't imagine BRAVO keeping her as part of the cast if she pleads guilty then again this is BRAVO. Without BRAVO there goes her Skinny Italian fame. WHO CARES..PAY YOUR TAXES & DON'T LIE!

47 suspensions....sheesh...I wonder how many violations as well since I doubt your license gets suspended for the 1st offense. I wouldn't know because I do follow traffric rules. I would be scared crapless if I were to get pulled over.

This whole franchise needs to be recast...seriously recast.

I count myself to lucky to have only gotten one speeding ticket that was reduced to not wearing a seat belt about 18 years ago...and that is it....so glad I am a boring girl with no life...

I wonder if Joe's stay in a federal prison will it be at a nice one I have heard some of them are pretty nice...i would not want to find out personally....

greed is an evil, evil thing...I hope they learn their lesson.

How does it work with deportation since he and Teresa are married isn't she a legal USA citizen? I wonder if they would fight that.

Shay, I had my license all of about a week. Went out shopping one evening with all my gf's. Driving them home at 10pm, I was pulled over by an UNMARKED police car in my town.

Cop comes up to the window and asks me to get out of the car and follow him to the back of the car. I was freaking. I was a wreck. My gf's were freaking.

(This involved absolutely no illegal behavior by us at all) but we were all really scared as the police lights came up shining on us.

The cop tells me to look at the back of the car. I do that but I do not understand. He then states one of my brake lights is not working.

I explain I have been driving for like one week. That this is my parents car. I get the "I don't care, fix it" speech.

Off I go, crying. Drop the girls off, crying. Go home CRYING hysterically to my parents.

Wellllll, my very hot headed very Irish Dad drives right back down to the Police Dept and tells them that was TOTALLY unnecessary to pull his daughter IN AN UNMARKED POLICE CAR and make her GET OUT for that light.

THEY APOLOGIZED. Dad was came back home and said everything is fine and we will get that one brake light fixed.

SOOOOOOOO, I learned from that episode and at a very young age to not BREAK RULES!!!!!!!

On my first pull-over for I-can't-remember-what, I found out that tears DO work! I was in my 20s.

The only "ticket" I received was a parking ticket I ever received was thrown out by the parking authority when it was pointed out to them that my company pays for 3 parking spots which I would have used if they hadn't piled snow into those spots. If it wasn't dismissed my boss was prepared to not pay for 2 months rental for unusable parking spots which is much more than a $20 ticket.

I could never imagine being pulled over 47+ times!!!! Heck I started drinking only soda for happy hour with friends.

The plea agreement includes Teresa spending 2 years in prison and Joe a minimum of 3 years. Just read this at nj.com.

    Funny!

If 2 and 3 years respectively is all they get then they got a sweet deal, and they should thank their lucky stars. I wonder how filming will work - assuming T&J are still involved???

I wonder how Phaedra and Apollo will far over in the ATL.
