I think that I was just Teresa Guidiced - someone just said something very offensive to me and when I asked them about it they said ..... It was just a comment.

Juicy needs to "go away" for awhile. This is probably the only thing they really could get any proof about his wrong-doings.
I believe there are lots of people who got scre**d over royally by Juicy and will never get paid or have any restitution.
Maybe there's not enough evidence to prove all the things he did illegally but this one just may put him away.
Hopefully, we'll get to see how well Juicy looks in an orange jumpsuit.

    Yeah.

And in the retelling, it'll be "It was a JOKE, you know, 'ha ha' funny?"

Even if his brother did give him the marriage license and birth certificate it won't absolve Juicy from using them fraudulently. It won't even mitigate his guilt for doing so. He might be called as a witness for the prosecution, not the defense - to say that, yes, he did give Juicy the documents (or told his wife to) and that he understood exactly the purpose Juicy would be putting them to. That testimony would likely give him immunity to any charges they could trump up against him.

You surely must mean "go away for awhile" rather than "go to jail!"
Isn't that what Teresa taught us??

No. Teresa "taught us" that it is not to be addressed AT ALL!

So he chooses a trial .... what a TROLL.

He thinks he can beat this with a trial. Oh please. I hope NJ throws the book at him.
