Caroline on HWNJ says she shaves her face! Seems bizarre to me. Wouldn't that cause a whole lotta problems?

Depends on your skin type. Coming from an Italian heritage, I have a lot of hairy women in my family but they were also blessed with pretty tough thick skin that isn't very sensitive so shaving probably doesn't irritate their skin but rather exfolliates it. I'm just grateful I inheirited the thick skin but not the extreme hairyness.

I am not looking forward to more of Kandi's singing whether it is R&B or country.
Somehow, I doubt that since I've heard that Kim is getting her own show. My next question is , "Why?"![]()

I am a huge Kandi fan. In fact, she's one of my favorites from the entire franchise. However, I think she is best suited behind the scenes rather than on stage. She has a great voice, etc. but is missing the performance "it" factor. It kills me to say that, though, because performing is really what she loves most.

I wish Bravo did like a lot of the other tv stations and showed consecutive full episodes.
Sometimes right back where you started from is right where you belong.
Well, that was somewhat informative, Before They Were Famous. Their lives before Bravo were mostly down and out, probably making Bravolebrity feel quite fine indeed.
I don't see how fame is giving any of them a permanent hand up in the world, though - except possibly Kandi. I still think you and me will be supporting most of them on Medicaid one of these days.

Well well, apparently everyone has been begging Kandi to make them stars too!
The network announced Thursday that it has given a green light to a new special called “The Kandi Factory.
“With her breakout personality and straightforward attitude, Bravo fans have grown to love Kandi on ‘The Real Housewives of Atlanta,’” Bravo’s VP of Development Eli Lehrer says. “‘The Kandi Factory’ will capture a unique look at her successful music career as Kandi transforms two music hopefuls into the next big pop star.”
