    That's why I think Vicky is really out of her mind. Property taxes, association dues, etc., She apparently thought none of this through. Don(n)'s opinion doesn't count, and I wonder how much insurance business she has lost since the show started.

    Vicki's lack of financial common sense was prominently displayed on the show with the pool contractor.......remember the volcano?!

    Only $210 for asso dues in Coto? REALLY? Why so cheap? I pay that in North OC.

    I believe their are 3000+ homes in Coto spreading the costs.

    So in other words Nouveau Riche is one generation from "trailer trash"
