It's true, Slade was a poser. He wasn't rich. According to tax records, he originally paid in the $700k range for his house in Coto. He took out additional home equity loans of nearly $1 million, apparently to finance his lifestyle and put on an image for the cameras. I'm guessing he thought the show would lead to bigger things for him in the end and that would bring in the cash. His house is currently in foreclosure, he owes over 1.6 million for it, more than double what he paid!!

Best part, though, was that he touted that $C MBA he allegedly has.

Just another poser is right....one who put the best face on many an $C grad who goes around bragging.

Maybe he even had to sell that $100K costume collection he had to put into mothballs on one episode.

Did Depp Buy a Dump?

TMZ told you back in July that Johnny Depp bought a swanky downtown loft for a cool $2 mil -- but it's six months later -- and Jack Sparrow still hasn't moved in! What gives, matey?

According to Hot Property, Depp's new penthouse in downtown L.A.'s Eastern Columbia building is still vacant. In fact, the building hasn't even sold out yet -- there are still half a dozen lofts on the penthouse level available, ranging from 600K to $2.2 mil. Chump change!

But Depp isn't the only star in the Art Deco landmark -- comedian Ant and "Real Housewives of Orange County" hottie Slade Smiley also call the building home. On second thought, Depp is the only star in the building.
Also, Jeana Keough is working on a "SHORT SALE" for Slade Smiley.

I think it's very cold looking. I like Jo's little place from last season a lot better.

I don't like it either....VERY cold like you said. But, you know Slade...he has to be in a hotspot and close to all of the happenings. I wonder if all of his little girlfriends know that he is broke (allegedly) as all of the websites are reporting.
