Who has had the most "work" done?

After watching the premiere last night, it seems that many of the women have gone under the knife since last season. Who do you think has had the most work done?

Lets do a rundown:

Tammy - Looking good. No complaints
Jeana - Possibly hard work at the gym
highlighted hair - too light in my opinion
still carrying around 180 lb husband
Vicki - Big time nose job. Could see the bruises at her lunch w/Briana.
Can't see where it made any improvement though.
Lauri - Lip so big I'm surprised she doesn't trip over it.
Obvious breast job.
Face pulled so tight I can't tell if she's stopped eating or had her
face done in some way.
Possible eyelash extensions
Tamra - Buck teeth put in and bleached to almost neon white
Obvious breast job
Possible tummy tuck

EASY! Lauri! My god, those chompers are hideous. I see she got a discount because she got her fiance to get matching chicklets! Not sure what more she can do to her face. It's already a frozen TUNdra. Boyfriend was mildly paying attention during the show but did not fail to notice the woman with the "horse face". She has a GI-NORMOUS head. Long in the tooth as they say. Isn't she in her mid to late 50's?

Last season Lauri's lip was so full of restylene she could not move it, now her entire face doesn't move. I look at what once was a very pretty woman and now see a resemblance to the mask worn in the movie "SCREAM". Stop!!!!!
