I think she will be flipping the house after some renovations. She probably thinks that with the show exposure ,one sucker will come along and be hypnotized into paying a lot of money for her mistake.

She could always have Frankie the decorator/kitchen hairdresser transform it into a frat house. That way Michael would have a place to hang out when he comes home and she wouldn't have very far to travel the next time she wants to crash a party.
