In all seriousness, I don't get the impression that Simon embraced Ryan as his own. This is a tricky situation and I feel sad for all parties involved.

Maybe Ryans dad really was a part of his life and "You're not my father" was a regular phrase.

Tamra said that Ryan had been living with his Grandmother but had to move out because she was listing her home for sale.
Now why would he need to move just because it is for sale, other than maybe he is a lazy slob that refues to pick up after himself leaving the place not able to be shown at a moments notice?

Did you see when Ryan told his friend that he did NOT call the Benz place just because his stepdad told him to? And then he lies to the stepdad by saying he was too sick to make the call.

I am with you !!! Ryan seems extremely immature and that was just absurd to not make that phone call simply to be a rebel. Guess he's not in need of money? Maybe someone should take away his allowance and credit cards -- see if attitude changes then.
