I don't know who came up with that one. I've been using it for a loooong time. Kudos to whoever coined it, wherever you are.

Ted is letting loose! He is a funnier guy that I first thought he was. John the cop episode, during the dinner Ted said, "Nothing says love like testicle humor".

Ted Allen's insight that when there is dust on the opened bottle the wine probably isn't good was life transforming for me...

But does anyone remember the temperature for fish? It was 6 oz, 6 minutes and ________ degrees. My guess is 350 or 375, but I don't remember and it isn't on the website.

I know this isn't recipe central but Thanks so much!!
    And straight on towards morning

Barely Pink is a Not Lame Recordings band from Florida. Their sound is a bit Weezer, Green Day, Matchbox 20, Bowling for Soup, and more. Be sure to check out the song Sixteen's Gone (you can find a clip on the amazon.com link on the site), and get their album "Last Day of Summer".

Find out more about them at:

    Ted Rocks!

But, unfortunately, he's the only attached guy of the Fab 5. (Not that he'd pick me anyway *sniff*.)

Ted is the most underrated guy on the show. He is cool, knows so much about food and wine and has the best voice of the Fab 5.

I agree with you, CG. I also like Thom. His ability to transform a home is impressive. Ted's ability to transform a palate, equally impressive.
