While he didn't use interesting materials from the apt., I thought his dress was beautiful. It wasn't a simple halter dress; I loved the cut and fit of it; it was beautifully executed. And even though it was a bedsheet - I loved his Gone with the Wind analogy - making something look dressy, classy, and expensive using something ripped from your house. And the red duvet buttons were a great touch.
His model also really did the dress justice, in my opinion.
Wow, a gown from a sheet. How freakin' original.
I have to say, it was well-executed, but he's not going to last. Who knows though? He might be another Wendy and coast by long enough to make it to the top 3.
I don't think he'll make the "I'm a menswear designer" excuse, but it probably will hurt him down the line.
Seems a little cocky, but still tolerable.
Keith is my favorite contestant!
The dress was very original and pretty!
i've loved both his designs so far but he is just embarassingly sleazy/greasy. what was with the way he pitched his design to Tara??? it made me so uncomfortable just watching it. and on top of that he seems really full of himself but as long as keeps turning it out it doesn't really matter.
I thought it was really sleazy how he kept touching Tara's breasts and talking about her legs...
that DID make me uncomfortable, as you said, TunaFests
Designers touch their clients all the time, much more so than we saw. They have fit the dresses around their breasts and butss all the time. I do not see the big deal. Granted it was not necessary in that situation but she certainly must be used to it.
His personality is not compelling but he has shown good work so far. I remember Kors saying that personality a huge factor for success in this business. Obvious statement.
ick, he's just ick. A self-important dandy in the vein of Daniel Vosovic, only MUCH older so he should know better...
Touch my bunny, stroke my cow.
