Re: Worst PR Season Ever? You know, I think it was said on the Project Rungay blog that this season was more reminiscent of the first season than anything else, and I'm hard-pressed to disagree. So these designers are a little more unpolished and rough around the edges than previous seasons ... I say, so what? You really have no idea what they're going to throw down the runway from one week to the next, and I like that. And there are some very distinct personalities on the show, sure ... okay, so not all of them are good (looks squarely at Kenley, Blayne, and Suede), but still ... It's not such a bad group. And there's a hell of a lot more drama in the workroom than there was last season. And, we're seeing a lot more of the models than we did in the last couple of go-rounds. I'm not complaining at all. Even when my PR isn't necessarily that great ... it's still pretty good. --SC

Re: Worst PR Season Ever? In answer to the question posed in the thread title: "YES!" Worst season ever. I'm not saying there aren't some good designers, but the first episode spoke volumes. It s generally speaking, a very uninspired bunch.

Re: Worst PR Season Ever? I actually really like that fact that the designers have been so inconsistent this season. I like that I can't figure out who will go to fashion week. plus i still loveto see the designers interpretations of the challenges.

Re: Worst PR Season Ever? I've been griping since day one that this group is the worst ever. So my answer is a resounding YES! The challenges are boring, Heidi and Tim seem to have checked out already, and the "designers" (and I use that term in the loosest definition of the term) don't have a creative and innovative bone in their collective bodies. They all seem to have memorized the reality tv contestant book for sound bites and can't make it more clear that they are just their to get their face on tv and not because they love fashion or designing. I've actually stopped watching and just come over here to look at the posted photos after the challenge is over. Waiting for the next season and hoping it gets better.

Re: Worst PR Season Ever? I reckon... all we really needed to see was a Surprise to us! I could't see any innovation in this season! Designers lack personality and the challenges were kinda dull... Season goes on and all good and bad things are also kept... Maybe the reason of dullness is that the designers are too conscientious and keep doing theirselves. From the past few seasons, there must be some arguments about designs in groups of two or three! Have I gone completely psycho? ![]()

Re: Worst PR Season Ever? So far it is the worst for me but it is early still. Jay, Austin, Laura, Santino, Andre, Jeffery and I could go on; where are the interesting people? I have yet to see Korto smile. They praised her seat belt coat and she did not even seem mildly pleased, let alone happy! Blayne is fast at work trying to coin this seasons T-shirt phrase (Bravo, please don't do it). And this is all we get. Everyone else just stands there. Well, Terri had a moment albeit brief.

Re: Worst PR Season Ever? I kept thinking that once some of the designers were gone we would start seeing some personalities in this group. Well....it ain't happening! I've actually started liking Stella just because she makes a funny comment once in awhile! I've noticed that when they show the preview for the next episode, they show who the guest star is going to be. I think that in past seasons they've just showed the designer's reactions and you had to wait to find out. I'm wondering if it's because the show isn't doing as well. You know... like Diane Von Furstenberg fans everywhere can know to tune in this week. Whoopee! ![]()

Re: Worst PR Season Ever? Thanks for the tip! I was wondering, is this a new thread (was it added because this is the worst season) or has it been up the entire time? I've been complaining since the beginning but everyone else seemed fine with it. Now I see this thread and I don't know if I just missed it.
