Your Picks for Final 3

After last night, I am also changing my mind. I think it's Leanne, Korto and Kenley. If there is a fourth spot, then maybe Terri. I just don't think any of the men have what it takes.

Terri's pants outfit was just too much of the same old, same old. She really needs to step outside of her comfort zone and do something really different. She is losing ground now because Leanne has stepped it up with back-to-back wins. She is the lead contender now, along with Korto. Kenley also came on strong with that gorgeous dress.

Agreed - Leanne, Kenley and Korto are the most likely. Jerell has flashes of brilliance, but I think he'll flame out before the final 3.

None of these have received a tremendous amount of airplay which is either because they are boring - or because they will get more time at the end of the show. They've each shown really nice work so far, so it may be they latter.

I think Kenley, Korto, and Joe might sneak in there, though. I read an interview with Nina and she commented nicely about Kenley (who for me is incredibly boring) and Korto and Joe are very good too.

After this week, I'm changing my picks by tossing Terri out and bringing Korto in. I wasn't sure how consistent she'd be, but last night's outfit sealed the deal.

Korto has exquisite taste. She'd have to mess up in some extreme way to bet the boot prior to the finals.

And, the 3rd pick would be a toss up between Jerrell and Kenley.

A woman will surely win this season but will they go for an all female final 3? I think the final 3 could be Korto, Leanne and possibly Joe...or Kenley....Oh I don't know, aside from Korto no one really stands out to me this season

Leeanimal is sure doing well.

I getting tired of Korto's long dresses and pajama like clothing. She doesn't know how to do a normal wearable dress. And she didn't know Dianne's name. That's why she called her Dianne. Dianne Furstenberg doesn't wear long dresses. Korto is designing for herself, a larger person, not young hip people.

Tired of Terri too. Jerrell was right about her having 4 patterns. I am tired of her pants.

I am not too interested in Kenley's choker dresses either. That voice, don't tell me there is a city of Fran Dressers all talking like that.

So my final three for this week: Jerell, Leanimal, Suede or Blayne.

Unlike previous seasons, this season the designers all seem to have strong points of view. I prefer Leanne's pov and I appreciate Korto's pov. With such strong personal design elements presented by each designer, the comments this year have centered even more on construction, look and cohesiveness. Yes, Terri has four patterns - all involving pants - but the judges haven't called her out for being one-note (at least not yet.) Blayne pushes the extreme envelope...etc.

So with me, it comes down to my preferences while trying to see where the judges are heading.

P.S. I feel for Kenley who said she didn't want to have to design for Walmart or Kmart anymore. I guess the only time that works is if you are a celeb with a status line, not if you are making the jeans stacked up on the table.

I have Leanne and Terri there now but undecided on the 3rd. I don't think Korto will make it. She has emphasized dressing the larger woman and that is not going to get her there. Kenley would be my guess at the moment but Jerell could be there too.

Though Blayne makes us all want to lock and load, he is doing a decent job and could easily slide into place. I am not going to put those words down in writing again. I scare myself.

I think they are just keeping Blayne on for his character and drama in the workroom.

Final three will be: Korto, Leanne, and Kenley. I think the ladies will certainly have it this year.

I agree with those picks for final three. In the past, sometimes there have been surprises, but the talent pool is not that deep this season. I just can't see any of the guys getting through here. The only other possibility is Terri maybe getting in and bumping one of those three, but I do think she has been too limited in always doing pants.
