Yakima is the birthplace of the racing strollers you see athletes and anyone else who can actually afford them, toting their kids around in. The guy who invented them is a multi-millionaire. It is also home of some of the most innovative mountain bike manufactures you will ever see. The racks and carriers I've seen all over the U.S. with the Yakima brand on them...also originated in Yakima.

If sports aren't your cup of tea...perhaps you should try wines produced in the Yakima valley. Yakima is one of the top wine producers in the U.S. and has even started exporting wine to France, Spain & Italy.

Before you lump me in with your so called "hillbillies", I'm not from Yakima. I call Westlake Village in CA my home but I am currently living in Portland, OR. My company is working on a building project in Yakima so I have been commuting back and forth as the project progresses. Yakima may not be Westlake Village but it is far from being a hillbilly town.

    Sadly misinformed??!! I've been there!!
Not saying its a bad thing, but its a far cry from Seattle. Sadly enough too, on my roadtrip across/around America (21 states, 10,500 miles), this was the only place that we had issues with the locals...forced to leave our campsite (on a motorcycle mind you) at 3am with a police escort since we had been threatened with guns by a bunch of drunk locals...its a shame too, seemed like a beautiful area.

Blayne in no Christian, and shouldn't try to be Christian. He should stop trying to coin the next internet catchphrase, and just let his work speak for itself. (And let it say something other than what it did in episode 1, which was sort of a belch)
    Perfect, MFW!

WTH was that that he sent down the runway this week? It looked like she was wearing a Depends and a black top with a bunch of crap slapped onto the front of it. He should have been the one to go, but I have a sinking feeling he'll be around for a while...

With so many (obviously) bad ones to choose from it was a hard decision but I agree with you! His wasn't anything that could be worn at all! Blayne should have gone.

What!? That's terrible. And I could probably guess why, too. :/

Blayne is just...a mess. But I kinda like that...thing he made last night. I liked the sleeves and shoulders and top half, but the rest was a big ole mess!

When I saw his creation, the first thought I had was "codpiece". It was ugly. Didn't like it. I'll be interested to see what else he comes up with. I want to say that anything will be better than this, but that remains to be seen.

You are all misinformed; calling the "dress" a "diaper" or "superhero costume" is completely wrong!

This is from "The Most Stylish Male"! He knows his cosplay catgirls and what they want!

Somewhere there are furries getting all catnippy over this disaster...

I agreed with Heidi, his outfit this week looked like a bunny gone bad. All she needed were the ears and maybe an axe. She could have been partners with the mad killer raincoat model. Blayne is definately not Christian and really should quit trying so hard to be like him. (Thank God there is only one Christian.) And I don't really want to see any more wide-eyed gap-toothed smiles from him.

Ummm. I have lots of family who live in Yakima, and none of them are hillbillies. Also: Mario Batalli (my favorite Iron Chef America EVER) was born in Yakima, too. Mmmm delicious Miner Bugers....

Oh BLayne Blayne Blayne... you are reminding every AIS student not in the fashion programs there why we all thought/think the people in the fashion programs there are idiots. I bet... if he were a women he would be wearing skinny jeans and sparkly stiletto heels. As I swear that is the fashion student's wardrobe at AIS.

Have I mentioned how much I HATE men with bony feet in flip-flops? I don't care how hot it is, if they look like a dog could gnaw on them and are nasty to boot COVER THEM UP.
