Week 11: It’s Fashion Baby
Challenge: The designers created fashions for babies. The winning boy and girl looks will be added to Heidi’s line of kids wear, Truly Scrumptious.
Guest judge: Hilary Duff
Top 4: Christopher Palu, Dmitry Sholokhov, Fabio Costa, Sonjia Williams
Bottom 2: Elena Slivnyak, Melissa Fleis
Highlights/Lowlights:
* As part of the challenge, the designers each got a baby simulator (a doll used by high schools to teach teens about caring for a baby) to mind while working. If it cried, it either needed to be fed, rocked, or have a diaper change.
* On seeing the real kids they were making fashions for this week, Dmitry said he didn’t know how old the kids were but they couldn’t talk yet. It would be like making an outfit for a cat.
* We learned that Fabio’s first job on coming to New York was babysitter.
* Towards the end of the challenge, Tim came to the workroom to take the “kids” to daycare so the designers could finish up.
* Michael Kors got a lesson on what little boys like to wear (costumes with capes) from moms on the judging panel, Heidi and Hilary.

Week 12: In a Place Far, Far Away
Challenge: Create an avant-garde look inspired by the new L'Oreal makeup line, Electric Fantasie.

Highlights/Lowlights:
* The designers visit Oheka Castle to learn what their challenge is.
* With $400 to spend and two days to work, the designers take on the task of doing 2 months work in two days, as Tim Gunn puts it.
* Sonjia returns from Mood and realizes she's missing some gold lame fabric she thought she bought.
Winners: Dmitry Sholokov
Eliminated: Sonjia Williams

Week 13: Finale Part 1
Challenge: Create a collection for Fashion Week and present three looks from it to the judges for a chance to show at Fashion Week.

Highlights/Lowlights:
* Tim goes to see Christopher and his family in Massapequa, New York.
* Next is a visit with Fabio in New York, where a friend is letting him borrow workspace in a downtown loft.
* Dmitry is also in New York, staying at a friend's place.
* Tim visits Melissa and her family last, in her hometown of San Francisco, California.
Eliminated: Nobody. Everyone will be showing at Fashion Week.
Next week: Finale Part Two, where we find out who won Project Runway this season!

Week 14: Finale Part 2
Challenge: The designers present their collections at Fashion Week.

Highlights/Lowlights:
* The designers get $300 extra money and a visit to Mood to get final accessories for their looks.
* Christopher and Melissa are in a mad frenzy to complete their collections, starting a few pieces on the last day.
* Dmitry and Fabio are chill, as Dmitry puts it. They're ready to go without running around at the last minute.
* Tim brings the designers champagne in the workroom at the end of the last day to celebrate the end of the season.
Eliminated: Christopher Palu and Melissa Fleis.

Final Two: Dmitry Sholokov and Fabio Costa.
Season Winner: Dmitry Sholokov.
