How would everyone feel about having a no-fault Ven drop? If we all unanimously choose to drop Ven from our teams, we can all choose one additional designer to replace him.
Let me know if that's something you'd be interested in. Don't feel bad if you prefer to keep him! This is just a suggestion.
I'll go with the majority decision on Ven. If everyone else wants to eliminate him from consideration, I'll choose someone else.
I would love everyone to drop Ven and le him know that even fantasy fashion directors don't want him around! :-p

Ok am I understanding this correctly...with dropping a designer does it have to be Ven? As much as I dislike him at the moment I still like his designs.
No, it doesn't have to be Ven. You can add any designer you want to fill the space left by designers who are no longer in the competition.
I was suggesting an additional swap where everyone could replace Ven with a different designer if they no longer wanted him on their team for personal reasons. That's fine if you don't want to do that.
Sorry about the confusion! Sometimes it's harder to explain things online than it would be to do so in person.
So, if you want to replace one of the designers on your original pool team and/or choose a new person on your team to be your master designer, let me know before the show airs this week. If you're still confused about what I mean, you might need to send me a private message and I'll try to explain it more clearly.

If it's not an "everybody changes or nobody changes" regarding Ven, I'm going to keep him. Hate how he acted last week, but he has demonstrated some amazing skills. Kind of like some people I've worked with in the past. Kind of like some designers they've had in the past. Not Gretchen. She was not nice, and had no skills. LOL.
However, rest assured that if I win, Ven will NOT be on the cruise.
