First garment you ever made? I used to be a professional ballroom dancer, and around age 11 I started designing costumes for myself, my partners, my friends.

What's your design training/schooling? I graduated from Parsons School of Design with a BFA in Fashion Design.

What have been your influences? I am usually inspired by architecture and graphic forms and objects. My designs are clean, graphic, but comfortable at the same time. Comfort is very important to me as a designer.

Item you're most proud to have designed? I have many I am proud of.

Favorite designer(s)? I don't really have a favorite designer, but I admire the work of Alexander McQueen.

Fashion must? Right shoes and accessories.

Fashion faux pas that drives you crazy? People who wear unflattering clothes.

Favorite style icon? Daphne Guinness, Tilda Swinton, Patricia Kaas.

Dream celebrity client? What would you make for him/her? Daphne Guinness, Tilda Swinton, Patricia Kaas. Red carpet looks.

If you had to name your label, you'd call it... Dmitry Sholokhov.

If you weren't designing, you'd be... Rock star, actor.

Biggest pet peeve? Small, spoiled, annoying dogs.

Favorite PR designer? Christian Siriano, Austin Scarlett.

Challenge you hope they bring back? The winning look goes on the cover of "Marie Claire."

Challenge you hope they don't bring back? Uniform.

Do you think you can win PR? Absolutely YES!

track pants with dress shoes??? Surely, he jests!

My initial impression when the show started was that I would not like this guy. Glad he let it be known that he was a ballroom dancer. I was thinking figure skater, so I wasn't really that far off. He did seem to get less annoying as the show progressed so I'm willing to give him a second chance.

Episode 1 - The designers had to bring an original piece with them, then were told to create a companion piece for it.

Episode 2 - An unconventional challenge at Dylan's Candy bar, where the designers had $250 to buy material to make an outfit using candy.

I like his clothes, but his personality is off-putting - very arrogant and snobbish.

I liked his candy beading a lot.

I loved this beaded dress. Would have put it in the Top Three and taken out Gunnar's.

ITA Gunnar's looked very 1980's with the bib skirt.

Episode 3 - The designers worked in teams of two to create one runway design for former Project Runway contestants. The color of their Lexus GS vehicle must be seen in the final garments. Each pair had $300 and one day to complete the task. The winner also gets the big bonus of accompanying his/her client to the Emmys.
