I think Miranda Kerr could not have been to excited to pick from the best they had. I think she would have liked Rami's or Austin's better. Poor girl has to go to the glue factory early.


I have some caftans that have stuff on the arms to make the waste look more cinched. Mondo's was too boxy...but way better than his strangely juvenile stuff.

Good job for all that pressure to most. Agree that April had to go based on the last design...like her though and think she is very talented

All the designers from season 1 onward have used glue at one point or another. I think even Tim Gunn commented that last season was one which had the most glue used ever.

Oh... well that explains a lot. That said, I am glad that Austin admitted it was embarrassing to resort to that. I will say that I did like his outfit for once, but would've lived to seen him do it in another flavor because he is a bit too predictable right now.

And Kenley's was quite cute IMHO. I'm saying this in spite of the fact that I get annoyed by her and have not liked some of her outfits. I do think it may have been a bit too simple and that's why she was safe - it was cute, well sewn but simple.

I think that Model by not specifying when she was going to wear this outfit that it's goint to be edited before she wears it.

Totally agree. I was shocked when Michael won and even more when Kara was in.

OK first of all -- at 6 hours, this isn't the fastest challenge in PR history.

In season 1, the designers were only given 5 hours to make their swimsuits for the Richard Johnson party. What a perv he was...

I'm surprised Austin didn't say anything, seeing as he won that challenge all those years ago!

Just watched season 1 and YES, he was a total creep. Leering at 16 year old Melissa's rear end (although that's not the word he used)? Blech.

Michael wins again with a kaftan!? Who the hell wears a kaftan any more? More to the point, who, of the women who still wear kaftans can wear one with a plunging neckline and a plunging back?

I didn't dislike Kara's as much as some of you. I thought April's was definitely worse AND she didn't seem to know where she was going with the dress. I really don't like orange and green together, so Mondo's was a no-go for me.

I found Mondo's dress to be refreshing. Miranda mentioned that she was breast feeding and Michael's satin probably wouldn't be good for that. Isaac wins again. LOL I loved when Isaac was called out for saying he hated orange, yet he had on an orange shirt.

I also thought Michael would drown in his own slobber when DVF told him to call her. That was a hoot. Anyway, an interesting challenge that put everyone into their comfort zone except Mondo. Although, I didn't like Kara's ruffles, I understand her story...but who has time for a story when circulating in a cocktail crowd. And yes, it did look like a preggers dress.

For elegance, I think Austin did his thing and it was beautiful; even with the glue and lack of zipper. For non-elegance, Kenley stayed in her retro zone. I keep expecting her to accessorize with a feather duster. I can see why April went home - not only for the layering, but also for the non-symmetrical points both on the bodice and the back. But, they all tried and they all stayed in the color inspiration of their gelattos...for that I give them all kudos.

Rami should have been in the top 3 instead of Mila. Mila's dress was awful. Mondo should have won. From the back, Kara's was actually cute. Jerell's was a hot mess

Last week: Rami should have won, his dress was fun and flirty for Miss P. I didn't think Michael's dress suited her at all.

This week:
I didn't like Mila's dress at all. I was really surprised she was top three. I agree with others that Michael's dress looked okay from the back, but the front...bleh. I didn't like how everything was gathered up to the center. It looked like a dress an elderly woman would wear (aside from the plunging neck/back, of course). I normally wouldn't be a fan of the orange/green combo, but I really thought it worked for Mondo's inspiration. He should have won.

I miss Tim saying "Thank you Mood"! This show is not the same without him. I still think the woman hosting is adequate, but boring. I like Issac, but I couldn't believe he liked Mila's dress the best.
