I liked this outfit, but having heard the "Chiquita banana lady" comment earlier in previews, I knew who it was meant for as soon as the model came down the runway, even though she was the first one out.
Michael was looking good last night during the runway portion. I like the way he styled his hair. Never cared much for the wet look.
Not my favorite, but it certainly wasn't the worst from last night. I agree the bow was awful. There should have been a better way for him to incorporate that blue color.
How could he have risked showing this same design again when everything was riding on getting into the final three!! If Kenley didn't screw up with her design ( plus annoying the two women LOL) he would have been out
Every time I see a dress like that one (and the gelato one) I'm reminded of JLo's Versace green dress from years ago. Granted, Michael's are more "demure" (hey, the fabric isn't see through and they're cut a little higher), but they take me back to that dress. I can't believe that was 12 years ago either!
I love Michael, but I hated this dress. In fact, I haven't liked very much of what he's shown this season. It pains me to say that, because I really do like him. I'm glad that he went to the final 3 this time! In his original season, he really should have been in that final 3. Gretchen shouldn't have ever been anywhere near the final 3, nevermind winning the whole damn thing. Worst winner ever. Mondo deserved that win. I don't know what Michael, Heidi, & Nina were thinking. It still pisses me off when I think about it!!!
