I can't believe Mila was not aufe'd!!! My god, that dress was awful! And the model can't even walk. Plus there was no art in her print, just rainbow colored lines. It's also unbelievable that Emilio won again. That graffiti print is not even a creative graffiti and Tim even interpreted it as Emilio Sosa Hearts (or Loves) Seth Aaron. Not much thought was put into it. That episode sucks! The judges were nuts! Emilio does not deserve to win last week and this week. They are giving him too much credit and his designs are actually weak.
Seth and Maya are really the best designers in this group and one of them should have won this last challenge. I'm not sure who the 3rd one, maybe Jay.

I have no idea what the shocker is, but these kinds of twists keep the show interesting.
I, too, thought Mila didn't make use of the wonderful opportunity to design fabric for her creation. The dress was a very simple silhouette without the color striping attached to the skirt. I think they should have faulted her, rather than the model, for not being able to walk in it. Mila also made a comment that when the model picked up the skirt (slightly) in order to walk, she ruined the line. Boo Hiss
I understand why Anthony was aufed, however. Besides the sweetheart cocktail dress with the short strips floating off the waist and the too dark to see print fabric, that "bolero" was not only weird but confusing with the straps under the armpits.
I :heart Seth Aaron and not Emilio in this challenge. Seth took his concept of British punk from sketch to finish, including a bold fabric. The stand-up collar made the whole outfit complete along with the stitching down the pant legs. Yes, he does pant outfits, but this one was really special. Emilio branded himself. :ohno I think he better search out other branding ideas for when he makes it big enough to warrant it. The dress silhouette was fine and he did use the print fabric throughout...unlike Mila. I can see why he won, but think it should have been Seth Aaron.
Oh jeez, if I was a designer I would want that piece of technology. Even not being a designer I covet it.
I remember a show with Diane VF a few years back where she talked about designing fabric and how expensive it was to get it made. With this technology, and a computerized transfer system, all you need to do is choose the cloth blend and go for it. You can even choose yards or bolts - that would be a cost saver.

What made you think it was a celebrity death? I thought it was just bad news or emergency. And the preview spoilers can be misleading as we've seen before. I'm thinking (SPOILER ALERT!!!)

Wow, just watched the epsiode. What happens next week? I really want to know. Anybody found it anywhere on the web? I've seen the spoilers over in the MB fashion week section and whited out here but they don't really provide anything definitive.

I wondered about that too. Looks like Michael Kors has been hanging out with the Oompa Loompas!
