I cannot believe she didn't get cut. That had to be the worst. The only thing I can think is they gave her the benefit of the doubt that she didn't understand the challenge. Oh My!

Yeah that outfit was god awful. She needs to work on her construction and all the small details. The reason the judges kept her was her POV. She probably impressed them so much so far that even though it's a stumble (and a huge one), they were still interested. And so what if she works different or maybe not so structured? As long as a garment gets out there (that is better than the burlap one), it really doesn't matter IMO.

Ping is sort of offensive... she has a huge number of moments where she's seen as a stereotypical asian... like a charicature... a slightly offensive charicature.

I really liked the first outfit. The second one, well...she should be thanking her lucky stars that someone served up boring and someone else misunderstood the challenge. I'm really hoping she does better this week because that assless chap dress was a horror to behold. :/

I don't like her either. I thought he whole "I-didnt-understand-the-challenge" bit was just an excuse. Honestly you thought the challenge was a county fair design? And to completely ignore Tim's warning about the length of the skirt is just stupid.

Agreed. The skirt was waay too short, so even if the back had not been left open to show off her butt cheeks, you still would have seen some bootie action due to the length of the skirt.
Ignoring Tim is never a good idea.
