Growing up in Butte, Montana, Jerry dreamed of coming to the big city and found his home in the fashion world. He's been working in the industry for seven years. With only two years of design education, including time at both Parsons School of Design and the Fashion Institute of Technology, he has worked with Imitation of Christ, Perry Ellis Women's Wear, and Zac Posen. All of his work has lead him to the creation of his own label, FORM, which he launched three years ago in New York City. Inspired by intrinsic architecture, FORM uses natural fabrics for both warmth and aesthetics.

I thought I recognized Jerry. He was in Episode 5 of Make Me a Supermodel. His line FORM was the line the models modeled during that challenge for MB fashion week.

Okay, that was just plain awful. The leap from shower curtain to rain coat was every bit as obvious as the rampant use of tablecloths.

And what was up with those gloves?!?! Was the model on her way to clean up a crime scene?

His creation, ugly as it may have been, was NOT the worst of the evening. We have Stella to thank for that mess.

Yes, His outfit did look like like something that Dexter would wear while doing his "work" but I still don't feel that he should of gone. At least he put some work into it and it showed that he has the ability to make clothing. I didn't see that with Blaine or the "Crypt Keeper" (trash bag lady).

Simply awful, his dress looked like straight out of a slasher flick.

I don't think I'll miss him. He's already established as a designer, they shouldn't have cast him in the first place.
