Added Bluefly.com headquarters (where the S4 finalists had their workroom), and the hotel in Paris where the S3 designers stayed (I found the sign for it when I freeze-framed the ep)

I was watching S3 on DVD again, and noticed a small street sign on the front of the cafe in Paris (one of my missing locations), so I typed what I saw into Google Maps, and after a couple of spelling adjustments, I got a street view of No. 1 Rue Perrault:
Sure enough, it matches the frame I caught from the episode:

Overdue update! The map now stretches out to LA to include S6 sites, as well as locations for the All-Star Challenge.
