I like him as a person not as designer. He cries alot but I love how much he wants this for his family.
I'm so tired of Ricky his not even a good designer. His been in the bottom millions of times and just won't go home.

It's sad that they weigh more heavily on the team leaders - Ricky will never be a team leader - his personality won't allow it - that's why he's still there. Too bad Kev and Kit had to go before him, but I have a feeling he's next (emotional breakdown).
I still don't understand why they needed a team leader when it was only two people in the teams. However, not stepping up to assume the role of team leader should be an issue as well. At least Kit had the guts to try being team leader.Quote:
